Real feedback from real business owners who trust us with their financials.
Has been a fantastic experience all-around. Cristina and the entire team are responsive, thoughtful, diligent, and all-around excellent to work with.
Helpful, instructive, patient!!!, clear, and good. In a service-oriented world, I give Infusion the rarest of grades, an A+. For a small business owner like me, they are helpful, instructive, patient, clear, timely, and indispensable. Even for a business as small and individual as mine, I have found Infusion Accounting thoroughly professional, personable, caring, and timely. Like me, they care about delivering the highest-quality work.
- CEO, Stori
Working with Infusion Accounting has been a game-changer for our business. As a small but growing company, we needed more than just traditional accounting services; we needed strategic support to help us scale effectively. Infusion stepped in as our virtual CFO, providing not only expert financial oversight but also invaluable guidance on business operations.
Their team took charge of our hiring and onboarding processes, streamlining them in ways we hadn't even considered. This allowed us to bring on high-quality talent while reducing the administrative burden. Their ability to provide detailed financial forecasts and insights helped us make smarter, data-driven decisions that have improved our bottom line.
What sets Infusion apart is their holistic approach. They don't just manage the numbers—they become an integral part of your team, understanding your business's goals and actively working towards them. I highly recommend Infusion Accounting to any business looking for both top-tier financial management and operational support.

I have been so impressed the quality of service I have received. The staff have all been very helpful. They have good communication through phone and emails. I would highly recommend Infusion Accounting to any business no matter the size.
- White Emerson Company
We truly appreciate Infusion's professionalism. It was very difficult for this 'old dog' to learn a new trick by bringing in an outside accounting team; however, Infusion Accounting has more than exceeded my expectations.
Infusion has been a game changer for our business. They provide professional leadership across accounting and HR services, have been fully integrated into our team, are a perfect fit for a mid-sized agency like us, and deliver well beyond any outsourced services we have used in the past.
- KLA Group
Outstanding, exceptionally responsive team! Absolutely the very best!
- Bay Buy Homes
Highly recommend Infusion Accounting. Infusion does a great job with customer success. Our books were a mess after the last bookkeeper from another company and Infusion jumped in and straightened out everything. They have been very hands-on with our account, which has made a big difference.

Kristen is a delight to work with. She is competent, knowledgeable, and reliable.
I'm so delighted that Infusion has our backs and couldn't be happier with your services and approach.
- Owner, Freedom Mentor
“...they really understand matching up merchant account transactions...” “Rock solid. Not a penny is missed. Letting Infusion Accounting take over our bookkeeping is one of the smartest business decisions we've made.” “Consistent. Competent. And on time.”
Josefina has always been quick to respond to any emails and has done a great job of keeping things up to date. She's a true asset for us!
- Former Owner, Social Media Science
“...makes a concerted effort to understand our business, not just do entries. So we consider Infusion Accounting to be an 'outsourced partner,' not an 'outsourced firm'...” They are prompt and attentive to our needs. As you can probably infer, I give them a glowing recommendation. This is an unsolicited recommendation... I do believe that you will find them to be a great option between getting in-house attention without the cost.
You guys are a dream. Love you all and love Josefina. Please never stop being with us.
Very happy with our services from Infusion - they've been extremely helpful, responsive, efficient and supportive in our weekly and monthly activities!
